AI Notes Pro ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile and web application. By using the app you accept this policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information you provide

• Account data: When you use the app (including as a guest), we store a user identifier to associate your notes and tasks with your session.
• Notes, tasks, and checklists: Content you create is stored to provide the service and, when you use cloud sync, to sync across devices.

2.2 Automatically collected information

• Device and usage data: We may collect device type, OS version, and general usage to improve the app and fix issues.
• Logs: Our backend and third-party services (Supabase, Firebase, Google) may log requests and errors for security and operations.

2.3 Advertising (Google AdMob)

This app shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect or receive data (e.g. device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction) to show relevant ads and measure performance. This data may be shared with advertisers and used according to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Google: Settings > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization). We do not control data collected by Google for advertising.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to: provide and improve the app (notes, tasks, AI, sync); authenticate you and secure your data; comply with law and protect rights and safety; send service-related notices when necessary. We do not sell your personal data.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data may be stored on your device and on our or third-party infrastructure (Supabase, Firebase) when you use cloud features. We use industry-standard measures (e.g. encryption in transit, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use: Supabase (auth and database); Firebase (messaging, hosting); Google AdMob (advertising); backend/API services for AI features. Each has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as your account or session exists or as needed to provide the service and comply with law. You may delete data in the app or contact us to request deletion.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to or restrict processing. Use in-app options or contact us to exercise these rights.

8. CHILDREN

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
